 If you are a senior citizen or receive disability income AND have been assisted this year, you DO NOT need an appointment. Please submit your bill (for which assistance is needed) by mail, email, fax or drop box. If you are a senior citizen or receive disability income and HAVE NOT been assisted, please call for a telephone appointment.

 

To receive services, the following are needed:

    Bill (for which assistance is needed)
    Photo Identification (individuals 18 and over)
    Social Security Cards (for all household members)
    Proof of income (for all household members)
    Unemployment/Child Support/SNAPS
    Signed Authorization (all household members 18 and older)
    Documents may be submitted by mail, email, fax or drop box.

 COMMIDITY SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD PROGRAM (CSFP) works to improve the health of low-income elderly persons at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA Foods. Women, infants, and children who were certified and receiving CSFP benefits as of February 6, 2014 can continue to receive assistance until they are no longer eligible under the program rules in effect on February 6, 2014. Through CSFP, USDA distributes both food and administrative funds.

Your application will NOT be processed unless ALL documents are submitted.

* Make sure you check by calling the food pantry to confirm that they still are in operation and the hours have not changed.

    I've tried to contact forest they won't answer there phone not Will they call back please I'm in despite need my lights will be turned off tomorrow I just got notice today please help I live in forest Ms I left a number at forest office no call back
