Yesterday I called and spoke with someone concerning room in the shelter. I was told that I would need verification such as a Ms State ID. However when I arrived at the shelter I was disappointed due to the fact I was under the impression that I would get some type of assistance. Well I was told that the community Center was closed due to the holiday, so I should come back the following day and I was under the impression that I would get some assistance. My sister took me this morning and found out that they are closed until Friday. It's below freezing and I don't have anywhere to stay.
