I had to stay at this shelter back in the year 2013 most of the year. I was able to move out December 1st of 2013. For my records, can you give me the date that Cedar House was closed for good? This shelter was a very nice home that was well kept by the owner (I don't remember his name). Unlike most shelters, where people have to leave for the day very early (Austin Street Center in Dallas, Texas where the people have to be out at 6 A.M. 7 days a week), I think we could stay at Cedar House until 8 A.M., then leave. Return time was 5 P.M.
