  2. When staying in a unit, it’s no different than having an apartment in a complex. Yes, there are rules but if your a person who doesn’t play games a live by the social rules, you would never even realize that there are rules. The staff is very professional and emphatic.

Do you have any advice for those wanting to stay at this shelter?

User Answers

  1. If you can’t live by the rules or have a mean temperament; this isn’t a place for you. But if you want a clean life and want to live your life as a good person and want to break free of homelessness so you can be self sufficient; this isn’t a the place to be. To have structure in your life.

How long can you stay here?

User Answers

  1. Depends on your family’s needs. Manage to be able to get into the shelter the first few days or so you’re gonna have to decompress from all the exhaustion and anxiety you had of being homeless. You’re there now you’re safe and you have a brighter future ahead of. But that doesn’t mean slack off you’ll need to start a plan on the direction of your life and research with the help of the staff here and finding a permanent place and applying for different substances. I think the best part of this place is the very fact that you feel safe. You’re off the street you’re under a roof and you don’t have all that anxiety. You almost instantly start being happier again and the staff here will help me do all of it!
