M-Thurs: 9-12 & 1-2:30, Fri: 9-12pm

Necessary Proofs for Qualification:
 
• Picture I.D. for adults
• Birth Certificates for all children or Medical Cards
• Rental Agreement
• Proof of Emergency Need
• Utility Bill in name of client
 
• Proof of all income or assistance in home: Pay Stubs, V.A Retirement, AFDC/Gen. Relief, Social Security (SSI), Disability, Child Support, Unemployment, etc.
