Was standing outside in the cold in line for an hour and a half. Got my number. Got in. Sat. A lady looked at everyone's bills(including my prescription)They knew it was my first time there. Went to the restroom. Went to the desk to ask the elderly lady with brown hair and brown eyes and kind of short if she called my name because I was in the restroom. Told her my name. Told her my number. 2 or 3 times. She said no. I sat down. Next thing I know they say we are out of funds. I went to ask her if she called my name. She said I called it 3 times and nobody answered. I did not hear her call my name. I told her that. She was very rude to me. She said. I did! 3 times! Nobody answered! I said you knew I was here though. She didnt say anything to that she just gave me a real hateful look. She said so, I went on to the next people and gave them funding. And she was very hateful and sounded vindictive about saying she went on to funding people after me.
