Second Harvest Food Bank

Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana is leading the fight against hunger in south Louisiana through food distribution, education, advocacy and disaster response. Second Harvest provides food to nearly 240 nonprofit and faith-based agencies throughout its 23-parish service territory - from the Mississippi border to the Texas state line. Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana serves approximately 262,800 different clients annually. In any given week 41,800 different people access emergency food services through our member agencies. Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana is a member of the Feeding America network (formerly known as America's Second Harvest National Food Bank Network).
