Do you have any advice for those wanting to stay at this shelter?

User Answers

  1. Basically you get a clean bed with clean sheets. If you leave as soon as you get up and arrive by 10:00 p.m., the shelter serves its purpose. I kept my stuff in my car, and during the day drove around in my car. If you stay there all day you get caught up in the drama . It's totally not worth the stress. Find your own activities in the area. Go to the Cleveland public library. Go to the art museum it's free. There's plenty of things to do in Cleveland, not hang out at the shelter during the day!

It’s really a TRUE SHAME how we have to stay in here or some kind of shelter before going to EDEN PROGRAM. And I know the staff can’t control nobody’s actions here. I heard a pregnant lady got hit in her head with a chair because someone else lost their temper. Egh !!!!! This don’t make no real sense !!!! Now we living in COVID TIMES nobody can’t keep this place cleaned or sanitized. Plus everybody need to remember it just COVID, ITS OTHER DISEASES AND VIRUSES
