Hope House

Hope House is a six bed, short term emergency shelter for youth ages 14 to19 who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Hope House is the only youth shelter located West of Highway 100 in the Greater Twin Cities.

We are a 24/7/365 operating shelter that offers trauma-informed care that staff help youth and young adults work through , secure community resources, and plan for the next step on their journey.

Working  one-to-one with a case manager, youth identify and develop their own strength-based plans. At Hope House, youth gain self-sufficiency and independence. Whenever possible, goals include family reconciliation and reunification. Referral process is simple, just give us a call at 612-900-0277 or text at 612-916-3977 at anytime day or night, and there will be someone to assist and help!
