The Philadelphia Center'S Mission Is To (1) Provide Support Services For People Who Have Acquired Immune Deficiency (Aids) Or Who Have Contracted Human Immunodeficiency Virus (Hiv), The Virus That Causes Aids (2) Prevent The Spread Of Hiv By Educating The Public With Regard To How Hiv Is Contracted And How Its Transmission May Be Prevented (3) Improve The Quality Of Life For All People Affected By Hiv/Aids Regardless Of Race, Color, Religion, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Disability, National Origin, Political Beliefs, Financial Status, Or Any Other Non-Meritorious Basis.
