Central AZ Shelter Services

CASS provides shelter and supportive services to men, women and children experiencing homelessness. Our clients have diverse backgrounds and needs. Many factors lead to homelessness; however, common factors include the following:
Financial crisis brought on by unemployment, high medical bills, underemployment, lack of affordable childcare, or incarceration
Difficulty reengaging with society after serving in the military
Refuge from an unsafe environment, such as domestic violence
Undiagnosed/untreated mental illness
Substance abuse
While the circumstances vary, the ultimate factors that lead to homelessness are a lack of resources and/or support. CASS connects people to the appropriate resources so they can rebuild their lives and permanently end their homelessness.
