For those in need, a personal interview is conducted here at our warehouse. All clients must present a social security card and photo I.D. and answer a few questions. No income quideline is required although we do compare the request to federal poverty guidelines for suggestions of income eligibility.

Any person who is hungry and unable to obtain food otherwise, is entitled to receive a food box. A computer tracking system is used based on client need and additional monitoring is also done personally by the operations manager.

The documentation of services provided to clients served is used to project the numbers we anticipate to serve. We feel that if we can provide food to cover a family for four days, up to four times a year, we are providing an effective service. Our clients report that our generous amounts of food provided to them allows adequate supplement to their other food sources, such as food stamps and other food providers.
