    It appears that the first person, above, VICTORIA, is either an ex resident who did not follow the rules or spoke to people who thought that THEY should not have to follow rules. As the second person, Felicia, stated, in ANY homess shelter there are rule

    Yes, I have visited Shared Housing and spoke to quite a few of their clients (homeless women and children). They informed me that the directors treat them like slaves, they threat to put them out on the streets even after they pay fees/rent to live there.
