Description: The Rescue Mission helps meet the basic needs of hurting and homeless men, women, and children in the Bay Area with food and a clean, safe place to sleep. This protection from the elements and from the hazards of street life is essential to our guests' health and state of mind, especially for women with small children. It also gives them the opportunity to begin addressing their problems.

Single Men: Please arrive at 200 Macdonald Avenue in Richmond by 6:00 pm to receive shelter and more.

Women with children, Single Women & Families: Please call (510) 215-4860 for shelter-bed availability

Chapel and Dinner: Join us every night at 7:00 pm.

Many of these shelters now have waiting lists. Please call before going to them. Many waiting lists are very long. Shelters and service also go out of business.
