There were times that it was challenging, and I was there more than once. However, I will always be grateful to them for giving me a place to stay.

Is this a safe shelter to stay in?

It depends on the clients. If you have a drug problem, this is a wet shelter, which means that you are allowed to come in drunk or high. Due to the issues with many of the clients, it can get loud there, and sometimes violent.
