Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1:00pm 3:00pm, ask for Triage Case Manager.

Shower services available 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Provides a comprehensive array of services to homeless individuals including medical screenings and primary care medical services, behavioral health counseling, substance use disorder treatment, health benefits advising, and navigation and linkage to other support services. Patients can walk in for services or be referred to the program by a shelter.

If you go, go early and finish intake before they close the office, which might be early like 3pm. Otherwise you sit in the lobby. Almost everyone chain smokes in back, in the cafeteria. Dozens, maybe a hundred people, cram packed. Can be very unsafe with drunks and druggies getting violent with one another or fixating on you. Best not be disabled, very inaccessible, pushy addicts and boozers. I left and slept in my truck in the woods in the country in winter on a public street as it was much safer and comfortable.

Until they find you a room. Fortunately, since I am not an addict, I got placed quickly, but that came with another disastrous issue. I must have written at least ten times. P.S. those who are obvious drug/alcohol users would be surprised with their need to go into treatment before getting housing. I don't know if that's changed.
