The program is for men and women who are currently homeless and capable of living independently. The program is 1 to 2 years in length and costs residents 30% of their verified income. Residents are required to meet with the Case Manager on staff monthly. They are also required to take part in self-bettering activities, classes, meetings, and sessions as they are available.

Permanent Housing
The Permanent Housing Program is for disabled men and women who have a history of being chronically homeless and are in need of a more intensive and specialized program. This program is a minimum of 1 year in length and costs residents 30% of their verified income.  Residents are required to meet with the Case Manager on staff monthly.
