House to Home is a place where staff can enter into relationships with clients and play favorites and if staff for personal reasons do not like a client can ban that client for life denying the client access to food, showers, shelter, laundry, networking, clothing and knowledge of helpful programs. This can be done arbitrarily and without any appeal process at whim and without proof. Staff can be vulgar, cussing and referring to donations as "shit" and not suffer consequence. This is not a place to get fair and equal treatment if you speak the truth and that truth is not appreciated by staff. Staff will lie and not have any evidence such as cameras to back up accusations.
