Martha'S Table'S Mission Is To Help At-Risk Children, Youth, Families And Individuals In Our Community Improve Their Lives By Providing Educational Programs, Food, Clothing, And Enrichment Opportunities. We Carry Out This Mission Through Three Areas Of Service: Children And Youth Programs, Family Services, And Food Services, By: * Providing Meals To The Homeless At Numerous Sites And Via Numerous Organizations Throughout The City Via Our Mobile Soup Kitchen, Mckenna'S Wagon, 365 Days-A-Year During Lunch And Dinner; * Providing Tutorial, Learning, And Recreational Programs Throughout The Year For Approximately 300 At-Risk Children, Ages 3 Months To 18 Years, In The Shaw And Columbia Heights Neighborhoods; And * Offering Family Support Services To Our Constituents, Including A Clothing Distribution Center, A Daycare Center, Before- And After-School Programming, And Referrals And Access To Other Community And Government Services.
