The Bridge's purpose is to end adult long-term homelessness in Dallas and the surrounding region by developing, coordinating, and/or delivering:
    Outreach/intake services
    Jail diversion/reentry services
    Emergency shelter/transitional shelter services
    Primary health care/behavioral health care services
    Recreational/educational services
    Employment income/supported employment income/disability income services
    Affordable housing/supportive housing services

    yes, i was an resident there when i was going through a tough time. they help me out very much .I was employed there and also learn how to cope with the outside world. I am currently married and doing very well.

    I called on 2/26/14 to inquire if one of my relatives was residing there and to confirm what I needed to do. The lady that answered the phone stated that I would have to come in and complete a resident information sheet. So that I would make sure that I had the information that was needed I asked the lady what information would be needed. She did not know nor took the time to inquire. I did not want to come down and not have the information that would be requested. The personnel that answers the phones should be informative. It would be a shame for me to drive down only to find out that I do not have the information that The Bridge needs when I could have been informed that I needed to have the person's name, DOB...
