The Shelter Program provides services for people experiencing a housing crisis.
The Shelter Program provides housing for people in need of temporary housing in order to get on their feet and transition back to permanent housing. The shelter program has a unique revolving 32-bed program for men and women. Most shelters have rooms where many people stay for a portion of the day. Our shelter program provides individuals their own locking room in a high rise building Downtown. A typical stay for shelter is 30 days with possible 15-day extension. Residents receive service coordination, free meals, and transportation assistance as well as counseling for mental health and drug and alcohol counseling.
