The 28 bed Emergency Shelter provides safe lodging, meals, clothing, critically needed counseling, education, advocacy and referrals to agencies that meet the needs of the clientele. The overall goal is to help homeless people improve their quality of life, become self-sufficient and get reestablished in the community.
No medical or mental health services on site.
Entry Criteria: Males 18 years of age and over. US citizens; legal immigrants. No convictions for sex offenses or arson. Must pass drug test and BAC test. Must have needed prescription medications in hand prior to intake. Must be ambulatory. Must be in control of bladder/bowels. Operation: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
