I have been through here about 10-11 times over the last 10 years and I have to say that without Shawn working overnight it's not very easy on someone with my mental health issues. Namely PTSD, Insomnia and severe anxiety attacks. When he was there I was able to talk to him all night if need be. Now I'm afraid to leave my room if I don't want to have parole called saying I'm high on something.Shawn knew the difference, the new staff don't. MY advice is if you go there don't use any drugs especially if on parole.
