To provide safe and sober housing to recovering addicts and alcoholics with services, support, and commitment to our client's long term success using a 12-step recovery process.

The Launching Pad Empowerment Center offers a Recovery-Oriented System of Care, including housing, to homeless women and veterans who have completed or are currently enrolled in an American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) level of addictions treatment.

TheEmpowerment Center is not funded by tax dollars; therefore, it is imperative each resident pay fees in a timely manner.
What does the program provide?
Semi-private rooms
All bills paid
Furnishings (including linens, towels, TV, Internet, phones, free long distance)
On site laundry facilities
Meals
Weekly life skills training, step study, and 12-step meetings
Weekly Women's Empowerment or Men's Strength of Character groups
Successful, experienced, sober staff, with experiential knowledge of the 12-steps of recovery
TheEmpowerment Center prepares its members for success by providing democratically run, self-supporting housing. Residents interact with others in maintaining the facility, following guidelines, and obtaining gainful employment.
What are the fees for residency?
Fees are $155 per week or $22.14 per day. Upon intake, residents pay their first and last week's fee and an administrative fee of $50. Limited scholarships are available for individuals seeking services at TheEmpowerment Center.
How long is the program?
The minimum length of stay is 90 days. However, residents are encouraged to stay up to two years in order to build a solid foundation of recovery.
