Guests dining at Eva's Kitchen are not made to stand in a "chow line," but are seated at tables and served with dignity and respect by volunteers. During the extreme cold of winter and the summer months of July and August, the numbers needing a meal increase and another partial seating is added. There are additional seatings on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
