The guy working that answers the phone is extremely rude. I think his name is norm. I called to ask questions about there program, which my husband is staying there. He wouldn’t even look and see if he signed a release so I could speak with his counselor. My husband is court ordered to be there. I asked him to transfer me to the director and he hung up on me. I asked him what I needed to do so I would be able to speak with staff regarding my husband and he gave me a fake extension number and hung up again. My husband has said that they aren’t providing any therapy, classes, counseling, or anything else. I would not recommend that anyone stay there or do their program. I was nice the entire time and was treated with nothing but disrespect . Whoever this guy is should be fired immediately!!!
