Changing Directions Foundation (CDF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing safe, stable, and supportive housing for veterans and individuals experiencing homelessness across Georgia. We partner directly with homeless shelters, warming centers, and outreach teams to offer rapid placement, including same-day or 24-hour housing when units are available.
