Turned in all paperwork before time given. Before eviction we called for two months. The month of eviction we called, text, faxed. We have never received an answer or response. Someone called on a Saturday once tho and said they were going to contact us on the Monday. Never happened. All we wanted was a call back. But if you know someone you will get help. I don’t know anyone so we didn’t receive help.
