Community Connection is a local mental health nonprofit organization that provides outpatient services to adults and families. We have 10 programs that provide a wide variety of mental health support services throughout Santa Cruz County. In addition to mental health support, we also provide support services involving employment, education, housing support, co-occurring substance abuse, and diabetes prevention. Eligibility requirements vary with each program. Interested participants are encouraged to visit us for more information, call, or visit our website.We also are a Food Distribution site in collaboration with the Second Harvest Food Bank and the USDA. Our distribution days are the fourth Monday of the month from 11-2pm.

Our programs also provide a great internship experience for individuals wanting to advance their education in the mental health/social worker field.
