Provides a homeless shelter and soup kitchen.
Southern Christian Mission offers three meals a day as well as beds for men, women and children. Clothing that has been donated to the mission is also available for those who need it. The mission services people from the Magnolia area as well as people from Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas and Mexico.
The residents of the mission do have chores to help create a home environment during their stay.
