2018-06-11 15:08:09I am 38 years old, ADD, Bipolar, with peripheral artery disease and Peripheral neuropath. I can not work any longer because of the pain associated with my feet & legs. I also have problems remembering things. I have a registered support dog (4 pounds) I also have severe anxiety disorder. I can take care of myself. I would like to be somewhat close to my mother. She takes me to the doctor etc.
