The lady who handles calls on the 5404321812 number is really rude and will not even let you speak to the individuals that handle cases. She needs to be taught some diversity and social structure skills..She made me feel stupid for even calling to ask for help.

Description: Mercy House is not a "cookie-cutter" organization. Each family and individual has different needs and we strive to meet the families at their needs holistically. Each individual completes a service strategy plan. We look at the areas of education, job skills, life resources, personal hygiene, emotional health, physical and dental health, social relationships, childcare needs, spiritual needs, time management, legal issues and diversity abilities. Residents set goals in each of these areas as needed and along with their case manager, set priorities and make a plan for those goals to be met. We also administer the following programs: HIP (Homeless Intervention Program) VIDA (Savings program) Angelfood Ministries distribution point

Mercy House only serves families with children (under 18) in their custody.
