The Transitional Housing program is offered to families who will live in Woonsocket after leaving the emergency shelter. Case Management services are available for up to two years to help families strengthen the self-sufficiency skills needed to remain in their new housing.

The Burnside Permanent Supportive Housing Program serves single men who meet eligibility requirements related to homelessness, disability and income. Residents work with a case manager to access services and increase self sufficiency through life-skills training, community service or employment, access to income supports, and other services to help them improve their health and well-being.
