Description: Shelter for single women and families.
As a program of the Coalition, WRCC is a transitional housing facility for women and children. The facility can house up to 138 individuals and includes 12 emergency beds for crisis situations. Clients who live at WRCC work with an individual case manager and have access to the main campus resources and services.
Program information and requirements:
* Residents are required to have an income to participate in this transitional housing program
* Available to single women and single women with children (boys under age of 11 years old)
* 12 emergency beds (limited stay)
* Length of stay: 12 month transitional program
* Cost per week (no children): $60.00
* Cost per week (family up to four children): $70.00
* Call Intake for availability at number listed above
* ID requested: government-issued photo ID and social security card
* Case-managed services include: education, employment, child development, daycare, and VOCA (Victims of Crime Act) program. VOCA is offered to individuals and children who are victims of crime.
* VOCA support groups meet each Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. and are open to adults in the community. Please call ahead for approval
* Meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily
