your website say priority is given to families. we were their at 2 pm on 9-6-13. we were told by a family service agent ATV St Joseph that a space was open for us. when we arrived was told no room for us. so can you explain how is it a priority for family's. we slept in are van. we have a 3 small kids. one is 8months old. I have had 3 jobs since arriving here in Atlanta. lost them all because of not having a safe place for my family and not having an address. we both could and can work. just needed some help.
