Switchpoint

Intake 24/7 Case Management by Mon-Fri 9-5 or by appointment.
Beyond an emergency shelter, Switchpoint Community Resource Center
offers individualized case management to connect those experiencing
homelessness and poverty to the resources they need to move to
self-reliance.
Services Mondays through Fridays 9am to 4pm.
Dinner served at 6pm.

Pantry Hours

Monday: Clients with LAST name A-F (11 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Tuesday: Clients with LAST name G-L (11 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Wednesday: Clients with LAST name M-R (11 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Thursday: Clients with LAST name S-Z (11 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Friday: Seniors ages 62+ ONLY (11 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

Clean, safe emergency living quarters
Showers
On-site laundry facility
Nutritious meals served daily
On-site computers for obtaining GED, job searching, computer skills and resume building.
On-site case management for every client
Assistance obtaining lost or stolen identification
Access to employment searching programs
Transportation vouchers
Assistance with applications and eligibility processes for Food Stamps, Medicaid, etc.
Assistance with obtaining affordable housing
Food assistance through on-site food pantry

Because of my son I ended up being homeless, I wen to Switchpoint, they took me and my puppy in, I was so happy there (thrift store, clothes, shoes, warm coats) they make you welcome and they have so much food there and resources to help everyone plus is one clean and comfortable shelter. Thank God for this place.

    1. Staff need training on how to work with the homeless and ppl of poverty. 2. Staff at the shelter and the store are rude and condescending. Ppl are energetic and one size does not fit all. Client serices should be client driven not staff driven. On a scale from 1-10 I rate them a 5 and that's being generous. We need to quit donating to this non profit.
