Adult Shelter Connect Minneapolis St. Olaf Church

Individuals will need to visit the Adult Shelter Connect (ASC) for an assessment and placement at one of the five Minneapolis shelters and referrals to other services.

The five Minneapolis shelters serving single adults in Hennepin County have formed the Single Adult Shelter Collaborative. On October 17, 2016, the Collaborative opened the Adult Shelter Connect in order to assist single adults experiencing homelessness in accessing and navigating the single adult shelter system in a more logical and dignified way.

Hours:
Mondays through Fridays 9am to 5:30pm.
Saturdays and Sundays: 1pm to 5:30pm.
After hours: Call 211 or 651-291-0211
Single adults must visit Adult Shelter Connect in person at least one time to receive a community card and access shelter. Once you have your community card, you can access shelter over the phone.

  2. Yes. I suggest you just stick to yourself and be your own advocate. Also if you pray for everyone there.
