The Lighthouse is a shelter for women and children or women who are victims to domestic violence.
The Lighthouse is a safe place for women and children to stay as they develop habits that lead to total healing: spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially, as they re-establish their lives as a family. The staff and volunteers work to offer services to help the weak and the hurting. Jesus extended His hand to a hurt, sick and scared population. We at The Lighthouse know we are called to extend our hand, as He has called us to do.
Our Mission
The mission of the Lighthouse is to serve women and children by providing stability, restoring dignity, and empowering independence. We provide not only a safe home, but also a program that highlights self worth, life skills, and the love of Jesus Christ. We prepare women for life beyond The Lighthouse by implementing our 'Path to Potential'.
