Description: Provides an emergency overnight shelter for single women and women with children. Walk in nightly between 5:30pm-7:00pm at 120 Elm Street, San Diego, 92101. Clients are not allowed on the property before 5:30pm.
Must attend chapel once a day. Must attend bible study once a day. No indoor smoking. Help with chores. No alcohol or drugs.
Clients are required to leave the shelter before 7:00am and can only return between 5:30pm-7:30pm. Curfew is 7:30pm. Stay length up to 30 days.
Secondary services include: showers, clothing, breakfast and dinner, and crisis counseling.
Common bathrooms, shower facilities, dormitory space with beds and cots.
Eligibility: Single women and women with children. Shelter accepts female children up to age 17 and male children up to age 16. Does not accept clients who are dangerous. Does not accept clients who are detoxing.
