    I called conerstone, the man who answered told me to look up salvation army and to bring your family to that shelter they need to be contacted, he did not have a number for me to call or website or waiting list... Not very helpful and I'm not sure who to contact to speed it along, I guess I will have to make multiple calls see if I get anywhere.

Description: Emergency shelter for adults and families living in the suburban area of Essex County.
Eligibility: Adults and Families.
The Salvation Army operates an emergency shelter in Montclair with a 23 bed capacity. The program offers additional supportive services to facilitate independence and self-sufficiency.  The Montclair facility should be contacted directly for more information.
