Welcome One Emergency Shelter
The Welcome One Emergency Shelter is the only year-round homeless shelter in Harford County. We have 27 beds for men and 6 beds for women. Our shelter is located in the Riverside Business Park in Belcamp at 1221 C Brass Mill Road Belcamp, Maryland in the Riverside Business Park.
Safe emergency shelter, bunk, clean linens, and a locker
3 meals daily
Laundry and shower facilities and necessary supplies
Case management services to assist residents in securing community resources, develop a plan for community housing, and provide hope for a brighter future.


This facility is operated by professionals and volunteers who ensure that homeless individuals in Harford County have a bed to sleep in, nutritious meals and that they will receive needed support services that start them on the path to self sufficiency. This facility provides individual case management, coordination of mental health and substance abuse services, and transportation to and from the Department of Social Services and Fellowship Center.

The Emergency Shelter also provides support and guidance in finding vocational training and sustainable employment. FCCAU strives to provide centralized services to shelter guests to improve their probability of attaining self sufficiency and to become a contributing member of the community.

Eligibility Adult men and women in need. NO children for overnight shelter.

Application Process Clients must be screened and approved through Harford County DSS (Department of Social Servicess) by 3PM each day. No walk-ins.
