Living Assistance

    Rapid rehousing
    Rental/motel assistance (paid directly to landlord/motel)
    Transportation assistance (bus passes, gas vouchers and car repairs)
    Financial assistance (bills paid directly to provider)
    Medical/Rx bill assistance (paid directly to provider)
    Utilities assistance (paid directly to utility company)
    Diapers, formula and baby care items
    Free clothing boutique
    Toiletry packs
    RX discount card
    Personal care and hygiene supplies
    Holiday gifts and food baskets
    Tax preparation (offered by volunteer income tax assistance)

    Interim/transitional shelter
    Safe shelter for homeless women and homeless mothers with children.
    One-on-one case management

    Safe shelter for homeless families with children 0-5 years of age
    Case management
    Linkages to health home for children
    Early childhood screening
    One-on-one job search coaching
