Hours of Operation:
Mondays, Thursdays: 9-11:30am / 1-3pm
Tuesdays: 1-3pm / 5-7pm
Wednesdays: Closed
Fridays: 9-11:30am only.

All clients trying to obtain financial assistance (utilities, prescription assistance) must make an appointment by coming into ACTS (17950 Dr. David Cline Lane, Dumfries VA, 22026) or by emailing them at ea@actspwc.org. Clients wishing to obtain food do not need to make an appointment, but will need to register with Client Support Services. Client Support Services does not accept appointments over the phone. ACTS also does not offer rent assistance. Information on ACTS' Transitional Housing program can be obtained by calling (703) 441-8606 ext. 501. Vouchers for clothing and furniture can only be obtained if documentation is provided in case of a natural disaster (fire, flood, etc.) ACTS does not provide vouchers for any other cases.

Areas of service:
We assist residents of the eastern Prince William County: Dumfries (22025, 22026), Triangle (22172), Quantico (22134), Woodbridge (22191, 22192, 22193) and Occoquan (22125) Requirements for assistance: Picture ID, Lease or utility bill with your name and current address, Proof of income for the entire household.


Volunteers Requests by ACTS Emergency Assistance and Food Pantry: Volunteers Requests by ACTS Food Pantry: Volunteers are very special people who offer their time and talents to be of service to others. ACTS offers many varied volunteer positions to individuals and groups for each of our programs. Your interests and experience may determine the area in which you wish to serve. Training is provided to all new volunteers. Please visit our website (actspwc.org/volunteer) to apply to become a volunteer.


Donation Requests by ACTS Emergency Assistance and Food Pantry: Your donation is also a welcome way to volunteer with ACTS. You can donate online, by mail, to our thrift store, or donate a vehicle.
