The outreach program provides service (limited basis) for individuals or families who are experiencing a personal emergency; generally there is enough food to last for three days; participants can apply for assistance once per month.
They offer emergency food for low-income people; including the ones who are homeless or undocumented.
Hours of operation:
Thursdays - 11:30am to 1:00pm
Restricted Service Area:
Canoga Park, Chatsworth, Granada Hills, Northridge, Reseda, Tarzana and Winnetka.
Items available:
Box or bag of groceries with rice, beans, USDA surplus food, margarine, bread, powdered milk and canned goods.
Baby food and formula may be available depending on donations.
