The day centeris an entry point to Rescue Mission services, including our emergency shelter. It hasan employment and education resource center, a health services wing, public bathroom with shower, and a tech station wherevisitors can access the internet.
Kiesewetter Emergency Shelter
The 183-bed Kiesewetter Emergency Shelter contains eight dormitories, including40 bedsfor women. Overnight guests can access the day centers employment and education resource center, tech station and other resources after hours.

Is this a safe shelter to stay in?

It is safe to stay in under strict circumstances meaning if a fight does break out or a client is in need of the sheriff for personal belongings getting stolen the staff does not address these issues. If address it is 24 hour kick out with no documentation of the 24 hour lock out either.

No, there is no control held by the staff employed.

I stayed over a year with no service or help, they let you run your case and when it closes you wait the three months to start it over again.
