St. Patrick Center Shelter For Women

The Womens Night program is an emergency shelter that provides temporary housing for women who are homeless and have a history of or are experiencing mental illness. The Womens Night program is an Enhanced Shelter Program, which offers services requiring clients participation. Case management services focus on trauma intervention and treatment, in addition to helping women identify permanent housing opportunities, attain financial stability and obtain psychiatric and/or medical services.
The Womens Night program seeks to provide shelter and services to up to 15 homeless women each night. Women are admitted to the shelter for a four-month term, which can be extended in certain circumstances. Women residing in the shelter participate in the Shamrock Club Intensive Case Management program and work individually with the shelter manager for ongoing psycho-therapeutic treatment and case management.
If you or someone you know is interested in this and the many other St. Patrick Center programs, visit our Welcome Center at 800 N. Tucker Blvd. We are open Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm.

Came here today for help. Homeless mother with two kids after the 802 number referred me here. Got there and the lady at the desk told me to come back in 2 hours. So I waited and went back for help. I was told that they could not help me and that there was not a lot of help after I told her how much I make. I'm sorry. I didn't know that you have to a certain level of homeless for assistance. This is ridiculous! They turned me away now my children and I will be sleeping in the street after our last night here at the extended stay (which they told me to stay here another night and they could help me today) The case worker explained that you have to be sleeping in the street and be able to verify this for them to help you with housing after the lady specifically told me that they would be able to help. It's a sad shame that a single, homeless mother, can't get help in St. Louis. Shame on you St. Patricks center. SHAME!
