Presbyterian Children's Transitional Housing for Boys and Girls

Presbyterian Children's Homes and Services (PCHAS) assists young adults with their transition from living in foster care to living on their own. Please note that individuals must fill out an application and go through an interview and assessment.


PCHAS' offers the following programs:
Transitional Living - This is along-term residential program, which has the goal of empowering individuals to achieve goals and reach self-sufficiency. Individuals will receive: counseling, educational resources, employment guidance, financial education, health and self-care awareness, job skills training, life skills training, mentoring, personal and professional goal development, residential housing.Level 3 Residential - Has 24-hour supervision and uses a transitional living curriculum to assist struggling youth grown and accomplish their goals. Individuals will receive residential housing, counseling, educational resources, mentoring in some locations, case management and coordination of therapeutic services, employment counseling and job-skills training, money management and life-skills training, health and self-care awareness, and assistance with obtaining social services
