We accepted the house parent position at this facility, we were there approx 6 months.

Considering the lack of regard for shelter residents by the owner/board and social worker on staff, it depends on who likes you and who don't. If you are rentable and don't have any evictions, and you don't present mental or physical illness you should be safe to stay there as long as you are willing to give 80% of your income for savings

There is no program, you don't learn or get taught anything other than chore and curfew. There is no religious basis or Christian teaching in this facility. However all will claim to be God like. If you have any evictions, medical issues, illnesses, that require more than pretty much vitamins you will be denied or even left at the hospital regardless of who's at fault for the injury only to be told you can't come back. Your things become their things. The rules change depending on popularity and who is volunteering. You must have income or find it and 80 percent is good for your down payment. 10pm curfew. Men downstairs women upstairs. Septic system not maintained. Video and audio recording 24/7 even in the office.
