This shelter is overrun with mice, rats, ticks, mites and an abundance of Filth including human excrement which can be found throughout the property. They recently had a covid outbreak and are ill-equipped to deal with anybody suffering from a respiratory issue let alone covid. The food is appalling, the place depressing and the staff requires only a high school diploma to work there.
