   In all honesty, your charity is intimidating and unwelcoming. I know you all do some wonderful charitable work but the building looks like an institution. And when you call the receptionist could and should be more HELPFUL. I feel like you need to have a secret code or something when I speak with the receptionist. I know its a job for her but she has to be reminded that donations to your charity is CHEERFULLY given by donors who want to really help people so therefore you all should ALSO be cheerful in wanting to help people. Each potential recipient will be different when they call seeking help and they shouldn't feel JUDGED by the receptionist. Than you Jacqueline
